Delivery Policy

We deliver 7 days a week. Any order received before 8 pm is assured same-day delivery.

Our obligation is to deliver the products to the address (Bahrain only) you have specified in your order. Deliveries will be made as per the customer’s instructions.

We will not dispatch the products until we have received funds from the relevant party.

All delivery rates to Bahrain (including Amwaj) are BD 2.5, and Durrat AlBahrain is BD 3.5.

Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted within 15 days of purchase in the form of a store credit voucher to the value of the items returned.

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from purchasing date. Items exchanged or refunded must be in their original condition/packaging: unopened, unused, and unwashed having the original tags attached at the time of exchange along with the store receipt.

The return or exchange of an item is at the customer's own cost.
